GROUP RESERVATIONS – POLICIES and PROCEDURES


REGISTRATION POLICIES

Adherence to these policies and procedures is required to better organize and schedule your event. If you need any further information or clarification of this information please contact:

Group Reservations may be made for the current golf season by contacting the Bountiful Ridge Golf Shop by phone, or in person. This procedure begins on the first Monday in February.

A $180.00 deposit/down payment must be returned with the enclosed information form in order to hold your requested date and time. This payment will be deducted from your final bill.

Group Reservations are available for groups of 20 players or more (5 foursome minimums).

The fees for advanced group reservations are $47.00 per  person, which includes the use of a golf cart.

The company/organization or the tournament coordinator for the organization will be responsible for the actions of their group. Any damages to equipment or the golf facilities will be charged to them.

In order to continue our policy to allow groups to reserve large blocks of tee times in advance, groups will be expected to use the golf course food and beverage service and the golf shop. This means NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE CAN BE BROUGHT IN.

The golf shop can  provide merchandise for tee prizes or tournament awards at a discount. The restaurant can provide different levels of  food and beverage service. This includes private buffets, sack lunches, beverage and snack cart, as well as other services. (Please note the attached menu).

Greenfees and Cart fees ($47.00) must be paid ten (10)  days prior to the scheduled event. Rain-outs will be rescheduled or refunded. NO-SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

The tournament coordinator must provide a list of pairings  (tee time assignments) and golf cart assignments to the golf shop not later than two (2) days prior to the event.

BOUNTIFUL RIDGE GC IS AN “ALTERNATIVE (SOFT) SPIKE” GOLF FACILITY! All tournament group players must wear alternative spikes (soft) shoes. The golf shop staff can replace metal spikes for a nominal fee. It is impossible to change your whole group’s shoes prior to the start of play. Be sure to notify your people of this policy!

The Bountiful Ridge GC can provide many types and styles of tee gifts and golf prizes at reasonable prices. Many items may be less than and more convenient than dealing with discount golf retailers. Some items, including logo items, require an eight week lead time. Our staff can also assist you in planning your event with format information and other planning items.
